This month, BBC South Today visited the Oxehealth offices at the Oxford Science Park to see for themselves local innovation in action and speak to the team about the applications for our unique health and human activity monitoring technology.
Professor Lionel Tarassenko, Founder of Oxehealth and Head of the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford said of Oxehealth’s solutions,‘It can be used in multiple locations starting for example at Broadmoor. [In] Oxfordshire, [we are] testing it in both acute psychiatric wards but also to track how patients recover after operations in the John Radcliffe Hospital and Churchill Hospital.’
