Oxehealth Featured By Healthcare UK As One Of The “First 100” Digital Health Companies

The First 100 Digital Health Companies list features British companies with a proven record of benefiting the lives of patients and healthcare providers in the NHS and private health sector.

The campaign is backed by Healthcare UK, HIMSS, the European Connected Health Alliance (ECHA) Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI), Scottish Development International, Innovate UK, and Silver Buck. Healthcare UK is part of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), NHS England and the Department for International Trade (DIT). Healthcare UK promotes the UK healthcare sector to overseas markets and supports international partnerships.

Organisations have been chosen following a rigorous vetting process, which assessed the global uniqueness of each organisation’s innovation and solution offering, responsiveness, a track record of collaboration, success within the NHS, and the ability and commitment to export and actively seek international expansion.

The First 100 articulates the exportable strengths that the UK has in health tech and showcases those that stand out for being tried and tested and most importantly, making a difference across one of the most complex health systems in the world.

When announcing the playbook on LinkedIn, Dr Mike Short CBE, Chief Scientific Advisor at the Department for International Trade (DIT) said:

“Digital Health is rightly unlocking challenges facing global healthcare. UK companies are at the heart of technologies that offer accessible, affordable, and sustainable care. We are promoting British innovators in digital health who are ready to go global and link it with that ever-expanding worldwide opportunity.

“Promoting digital health to overseas buyers and creating business opportunities with our teams in 96 markets around the world. We hope through the First 100, we will reach out to those who are not just leaders in their field, but those willing to find new frontiers to make an impact in building the basis for the healthcare of the future: personalised, digital by default and truly patient centric."

Hugh Lloyd-Jukes, CEO, Oxehealth, commented: "We are immensely proud to have Oxehealth included in the first100 playbook. It's great to see Oxevision getting strong recognition as we continue to support clinicians."
