Oxehealth COVID-19 business continuity statement
Oxehealth’s response to COVID-19
The health and wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance to Oxehealth. Equally we are playing a critical role in supporting our customers, many of whom are NHS Trusts, to continue to provide safe care to patients throughout the coming weeks and months.
Following the new UK government guidance dated 16/03/2020, Oxehealth has reviewed and enhanced its COVID-19 business continuity plan.
The plan instigates a distancing policy, meaning that where at all possible, work will be conducted remotely.
The Oxehealth Service will continue to operate as usual for our customers and partners. We are able to provide much of the support remotely, even with many staff working from home. This enables us to provide continuing service to customers whilst following social distancing guidance.
In addition, any work deemed as essential in line with government and customer (particularly NHS) guidance, for example supporting installations and other required on-site visits, will continue as normal. We are ensuring we have sufficient staff trained to provide this over the coming months.
Oxehealth will continue to monitor the situation and update our response to COVID-19 in line with any further government guidance. Oxehealth are confident that the current business continuity plan allows us to meet the needs of our people, customers and partners moving forward during this challenging time.
